Professor and researcher Ramón Alejandro Briseño Martínez, a native of Juanacatlán, Jalisco, Mexico, holds a Ph.D. in Information Technology from the University of Guadalajara (2024). He currently serves as a professor and researcher in the Department of Engineering at the Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara campus, and is a member of the National System of Researchers (Level 1).

His main areas of research are urban mobility, health, and education, in which he applies artificial intelligence and data science techniques to analyze information and propose innovative solutions to social problems.

In addition, he has professional experience in areas such as computer networks, ERP systems, and software development (.NET, web, and mobile), as well as in project management using agile methodologies and cloud-based version control tools.
