Professor Soyla H. León Tovar received her bachelor’s and doctoral degrees in law from UNAM and the Universidad Panamericana, respectively. Since 2016, she has been a research professor at the Universidad Panamericana in Guadalajara, Mexico. She is a member of the National System of Researchers of the National Council for Science and Technology.
He has published in indexed scientific journals such as the *Boletín Mexicano de Derecho Comparado*, published by the Institute for Legal Research at UNAM.
She is the author of the works *Corporate Governance of Corporations*, *Commercial Contracts*, “Classes of Stock in a Corporation and Shareholder Rights,” “SAS: Simplified Joint-Stock Company,” “Shareholder Agreements in a Corporation,” and “Financial Leasing (Leasing) under Mexican Law,” and she is co-author of “The Advanced Electronic Signature” and “Commercial Corporations and an Introduction to Commercial Law.” Her areas of research include corporate governance, commercial corporations, and commercial contracts.
