Professor Vicente de Haro Romo holds a B.A. in Philosophy from UP (2002), a M.A. in Philosophy from UNAM (2006) and a Ph.D. in Philosophy from UP (2012). He received the National Thesis Award in Philosophy (2002) for his undergraduate thesis. He was academic coordinator and full-time professor at the Faculty of Philosophy and then professor-researcher and research secretary of the Department of Humanities. He is currently director of the Humanities area of the Mexico campus, at the Institute of Humanities and professor of History of Kant's Philosophy and the development of German Idealism in the Bachelor's degree in Philosophy. He has taught graduate classes in Mexico and abroad. He is a researcher level 1 in the SNI, member of the SEKLE and associate researcher of the Centro Humanismo Cívico of the ICS of the UNAV. He has published three books, among them "Duty, Virtue and Practical Reason in Kant's Metaphysics of Morals" (Olms, 2015) and several specialized and popular articles and chapters.
