Reduction of thermal load in buildings
Objective: Reduce the intensity of the use of air conditioning systems.
Actions: Waterproofing of rooftops with materials with high solar reflectance index, installation of solar control films on windows, adoption of trees for shade.
Remote monitoring of high energy demand systems
Objective: Provide strategies to build more sustainable buildings.
Actions: Study of solar thermal contribution, installation of photovoltaic plant.
Efficient operation of air conditioning systems
Goal: Optimize system operation without sacrificing comfort.
Actions: Use of ASHRAE manual to define comfort temperatures, check rounds, preventive maintenance.
Renewal of high energy consumption equipment
Objective: Mitigate pollution and adopt a sustainable culture.
Actions: Selection of sustainable materials, elimination of unicel, recycling of various materials, lighting control with sensors and LED technology, LEED certification, installation of solar panels.
