Professor Guillermo A. Tenorio Cueto received his B.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Law and a specialization in Philosophical Anthropology from Universidad Panamericana. Since 2001 he has worked at Universidad Panamericana on the CDMX campus, where he has held various management positions in the School of Law and the School of Government and Economics. He is a professor in the Schools of Government, Communication and the School of Law. He is currently Director of the School of Government and Economics. Member of the National System of Researchers, level 1. He has been recognized by the H. Chamber of Deputies in its LXII legislature, the I Congress of Mexico City. He serves as President of CITYAI and has been appointed member of the Legal Advisory Board of the Mexican Academy of Communication. Author, co-author, editor and coordinator of 17 books and has publications in scientific journals. His research interests are in freedom of information, privacy and data protection.
