"Héctor Rogelio Robles Campos obtained the degrees of Doctor in Electrical Engineering and Master in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver, USA, in 2022 and 2018. He received his M.S. and B.S. degrees from Universidad Panamericana, in 2005 and 1997. He is a full time research professor at Universidad Panamericana. He is a national researcher SNI level 1. "Industrial Electronics Society (IES) student best paper award ICIT 2019", in Melbourne, Australia. Distinction awarded by IEEE in the framework of the "2021 IEEE International Symposium on Industrial Electronics" (ISIE 2021) in Kyoto, Japan. He has 5 publications in JCR indexed journals and 42 citations in Google Scholar. To date he is an evaluator of indexed journals.
