He has given several lectures on Industrial and Intellectual Property matters both nationally and internationally.
Arbitrator authorized to settle disputes by the Instituto Nacional del Derecho de Autor (National Copyright Institute).
Professor of Master in Industrial and Intellectual Property at the Universities Panamericana (Mexico), Austral (Argentina), Carlos Tercero (Spain) and Universidad de los Andes (Colombia).
He has written several articles on Industrial and Intellectual Property in various legal journals. Author of 7 books on Industrial and Intellectual Property; the last one "Derecho de la Propiedad Industrial en México" (2022).
He is currently Director of the Master in Industrial Property, Copyrights and New Technologies at Universidad Panamericana; member of the National System of Researchers Level 1.
