Zapopan, Jalisco; April 27, 2023.- The Universidad Panamericana campus Guadalajara inaugurates "El Centro de Profesores Talent" to guarantee academic quality within the campus.

Talent Teacher Center
In 2010, the Center for Educational Innovation was created to enhance the skills of the teaching staff; however, in 2020, a strategy was implemented to train teachers who migrated to online teaching, which is why new educational centers were implemented in order to improve academic quality.
One example of this is the Talent Teacher Center, which seeks to consolidate the project on each of the university's campuses to guarantee the academic quality and training of teachers.
The Center seeks to transform Panamericana into a space for educational innovation, considering the faculty as facilitators of learning, not just transmitters of knowledge.
As for the vision of the Talent Teacher Center, it seeks to be a reference in research, models, environments and techniques for the didactic and disciplinary training of university teachers.
Construction of the Center
The new Talent Teacher Center has an area of 126.52m2, the capacity of use for our teachers is 47 places for study, rest, collaboration and research, which guarantees comfort for the faculty.
The process of building this Center involved a benchmarking exercise with other universities, attending educational innovation congresses and an architectural proposal inspired by Yale University.
