In 2010, the Center for Educational Innovation was established to enhance the skills of the teaching staff; however, in 2020, a strategy was implemented to train teachers who had transitioned to online instruction, which is why new educational centers were established to improve academic quality.

One example of this is the Talent Faculty Center, which aims to establish the program on each of the university’s campuses to ensure academic quality and faculty development.

The Center aims to transform the Panamericana into a hub for educational innovation, viewing faculty members as facilitators of learning, not merely as transmitters of knowledge.

As for the vision of the Talent Faculty Center, it aims to be a leader in research, models, environments, and techniques for the pedagogical and disciplinary training of university faculty.

Construction of the Center

The new Talent Faculty Center covers an area of 126.52 square meters and offers 47 spaces for our faculty members to study, relax, collaborate, and conduct research, ensuring a comfortable environment for the teaching staff.

The construction process for this center involved benchmarking against other universities, attending conferences on educational innovation, and an architectural design inspired by Yale University.

La Panamericana congratulates and recognizes the efforts of all the faculty members involved in this inauguration for their outstanding work as professionals.
