ZAPOPAN, Jalisco; March 15, 2024. Universidad Panamericana Guadalajara Campus witnessed a day full of entrepreneurship during the "Beyond the Tank" event, organized by Spark UP, Panamericana's business incubator and accelerator. This exciting encounter, designed to empower participants through the real-life experiences of entrepreneurs who have succeeded beyond the waters of the TV show, Shark Tankattracted students and members of the university community seeking motivation and innovative perspectives.

Speakers

For two consecutive days, attendees had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the success stories of outstanding entrepreneurs who have gone through the Shark Tank experience. Speakers included Jaime Macias, CEO of Sun Bank; Ivan Lara, CEO of Tecnoland; Abraham de la Rosa, CEO of Kinez; as well as Laura Lopez and Luis Magaña, CEO's of Flivers.

Interaction and Active Participation

The event not only consisted of keynotes, but also offered interactive activities aimed at inspiring and empowering participants. These included one-on-one mentoring sessions with the speakers, networking dynamics and the opportunity to be part of the Spark UP community through participation in social networks.

The selection of the entrepreneurs who participated in "Beyond the Tank" was based on rigorous criteria, including their previous participation in the television program, as well as their personal and professional trajectory. The main objective of the event was to inspire students and the university community to dare to become entrepreneurs, generating a space for the exchange of ideas and the creation of community.
