Aguascalientes, Ags. August 7, 2023.- After three years, the Language Center of our Panamerican University resumed the organization of the congress Universidad Panamericana Teachers' Conference called UPTC 2023, with the general theme "Facing and Adapting to ELT in Modern Times", which was held at the facilities of the Postgraduate building in our university, in Aguascalientes.
