Mexico City, May 21, 2025 – On May 20, 2025, the Universidad Panamericana was recognized, once again, as a a Socially Responsible Company (ESR) during the 18th Latin American Conference on Socially Responsible Business, organized by the Mexican Center for Philanthropy (CEMEFI), under the theme “Sustainable Innovation: Transforming society through responsible solutions”.
In this edition, the three campuses of the Universidad Panamericana Aguascalientes, Mexico City, and Guadalajara) received the awards recognizing their institutional commitment to sustainable development, corporate ethics, and social welfare.

ESR Accreditation: UP Among the 13 Recognized Universities in Mexico
To be a socially responsible institution means acting with full awareness of the social and environmental impact of our decisions. The Universidad Panamericana ethical behavior, contributes to sustainable economic development, and continuously improves the quality of life for its employees, students, families, and communities.

Currently, more than a thousand organizations have received this recognition in Mexico, but only 13 institutions of higher education have managed to obtain the ESR designation, positioning the Universidad Panamericana a national leader in university social responsibility.

On this occasion, the awards for the Socially Responsible Company designation were presented as follows:
Aguascalientes Campus
Statuette: 4th year.

- Leonardo Mendoza Hernández, M.A., Accreditation and Certification Coordinator at the Aguascalientes campus.
Mexico City Campus
Statuette: 4th year.

- Rosa Elizabeth Baigts Gutiérrez,, Manager of Accreditations and Certifications at the Mexico City campus.
Guadalajara Campus
Trophy: 10th year.
Received:
- Elizabeth González de la Torre, M.A., Manager of Accreditation and Certification for the Guadalajara and Aguascalientes campuses.
- Adriana Lavibe Ramírez Saaib, B.A., Accreditation and Certification Coordinator at the Guadalajara campus.

- Ana Eugenia de la Barrera Hernández, M.A., Institutional Analyst for Accreditation and Certification.
