    Erika Iliana del Rocío Hernández Ramírez

    Erika Iliana del Rocío Hernández Ramírez has a master's degree in science in electrical engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Aguascalientes. She has a degree in electronics engineering from the same institute. She has a major in Philosophical Anthropology at UP Aguascalientes. She is currently a PhD student in engineering at UP Aguascalientes with the topic of linear and nonlinear separation techniques for multispectral and hyperspectral images.

    She was Academic Secretary (2018- 2019), Secretary of Student Affairs (2015-2018), general coordinator (2008-2015), irregular coordinator (2001 - 2008)), head of electronics and digital systems career (2001 - 2004) in the Faculty of Engineering of the Universidad Panamericana campus Aguascalientes. She was coordinator and evaluator of the accreditation council for engineering education CACEI (2003 - 2018). She is a full time professor within the faculty and has taught the following courses: electronics, advanced electronics, digital circuits, analog control, advanced control, power electronics, electrical circuits, advanced electrical circuits, industrial measurement and control, among others.

    Crisdalith Cachutt Alvarado

    Professor and Researcher with twenty years of experience in various areas of Industrial Engineering. I have taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Venezuela and Mexico. She has developed applied research projects in Ergonomics, Safety and Industrial Hygiene in Venezuela. Her lines of research interest are Operations Management, Industry 4.0 and Circular Economy, specifically in the development of sustainable materials. He has scientific publications in recognized journals. In addition, he has participated in continuous improvement projects in manufacturing companies.

  • Claudia Nallely Sánchez Gómez

    Claudia Nallely Sánchez Gómez

    Claudia Nallely Sánchez Gómez holds a PhD in Data Science from INFOTEC Centro de Investigación e Innovación en Tecnologías de Información. Her PhD was in the area of Evolutionary Computation and Machine Learning. Her PhD thesis was awarded by the Mexican Society of Artificial Intelligence as the second best PhD thesis of the year 2020. Master of Science with specialization in Computer Science and Industrial Mathematics by CIMAT (Centro de Investigación en Matemáticas), her master thesis was in the field of Image Processing and Pattern Recognition analyzing Color and Satellite Images. She is a Computer Systems Engineer graduated with honors from the Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes. She has a major in Philosophical Anthropology at UP Aguascalientes. She was a Software Engineer at Quarksoft. She is currently Secretary of Research and Professor-Researcher B in the Faculty of Engineering at Universidad Panamericana campus Aguascalientes. She is passionate about teaching and science dissemination. She is a member of the National System of Researchers at Candidate level. He actively conducts research projects applied to industry, of which he has already registered some with the Mexican Institute of Intellectual Property. His research and teaching interests are in Artificial Intelligence in the sub-branches of Machine Learning, Evolutionary Computation, Data Science, Optimization, Pattern Recognition and Computer Vision.

  • Begoña Noriega Olalde

    Begoña Noriega Olalde

    Industrial Engineer with a major in Operations Management from Universidad Panamericana campus Bonaterra. Master in Science of Engineering and Technology Management from Oklahoma State University.

    Master's Degree in Science from Universidad Panamericana and Master's Degree in Strategic Planning and Technology Management from the Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla, both of which are in the process of graduation.

    He was sales manager at Concesionario Estafeta. She has worked as a consultant at Krops Servicios de Consultoría de Compras y Gastos. She worked as coordinator, advisor and teacher at Centro Escolar Triana.

    From 2007 to 2022, she collaborated in the School of Engineering at the Aguascalientes campus where she has served as Coordinator of Consulting, Head of the Operations Academy, Head of the Center for Technological Innovation, Assistant to the Director of the School, Director of Industrial Engineering and Academic Secretary.

    Since 2022, she has been the Institutional Director of Digital Processes and Experiences for all campuses at Universidad Panamericana.

  • Angel de Jesús Jiménez Ochoa

    Angel de Jesús Jiménez Ochoa

    Mr. Angel de Jesús Jiménez Ochoa studied Electronic Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Aguascalientes (UPA), as well as a Master's degree in Control and Automation at the same institution. He has worked in Automation areas as a project engineer and production manager, as well as a full time teacher at the Universidad Tecnológica El Retoño and as a subject teacher at the UPA.

    Within the public service, he was in charge of the general direction of the Institute for the Development of the Knowledge Society of the State (IDSCEA) from June 2020, until May 2022, when he assumed the rectorship of the UTA, until the end of the state administration in September 2022.

    Currently, he holds the position of Career Director of Mechatronics and Bioelectronics Engineering at Universidad Panamericana Campus Aguascalientes within the School of Engineering, as well as being responsible for coordinating the UP Robotics team.

    Tomás is a specialist in Philosophical Anthropology and holds a master's degree in Marketing and Communication from Universidad Panamericana campus Aguascalientes, as well as a coaching competency course and a competency certification in University Counseling from Universidad Panamericana campus Guadalajara. He recently completed the Líderes en Desarrollo LD AGS 05 program at ICAMI.

    He has experience as an advisor and facilitator in the solution of cases in the area of innovation, independent consulting SMEs, as well as in business development and management and time management consulting.

    At Universidad Panamericana campus Aguascalientes he has held various positions such as director of the Family Business career, Secretary of Student Affairs and Head of the Administration and International Business career in the School of Economics and Business Administration (ECEE). He was also coordinator and initiator of the INTEGRA UP department, as well as general treasurer of the campus. He currently serves as coordinator of graduate studies at the ECEE.

    Sergio Rodrigo has a degree in Management and Marketing from Universidad Panamericana CDMX, a major in International Marketing and a minor in Anthropology and Ethics from Universidad Panamericana campus Aguascalientes. He is currently studying for a Master's degree in Marketing and Strategic Marketing.

    He worked at DEZT Corporativo as an accounting analyst and at Lebasi Swiss Group as a marketing and operations executive specializing in international market research, social media, project implementation and brand registration.

    At Universidad Panamericana campus Aguascalientes, in addition to being part of the teaching staff of the School of Economics and Business Administration, he has served as Coordinator of Job Opportunities, IT Technical Support and currently as Coordinator of Student Affairs.

    José Antonio holds a master's degree in Human Capital Development and Management, a specialist in Philosophical Anthropology and a bachelor's degree in Administration and Marketing from Universidad Panamericana campus Aguascalientes. He also has a course in Social Formation from USEM and a Management Competencies program from ICAMI.

    He has experience in Social Development projects, having worked as a leading verifier in the evaluation of the Secretary of Administration of the Aguascalientes City Hall and as an evaluator of social projects of SEDESOL.
    At Universidad Panamericana he has held various positions as head of the Social Commitment area, director of University Life and currently Secretary of Student Affairs, where he also teaches subjects related to administration and the human factor.

    Jorge Enrique holds a degree in industrial engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Madero, a specialist in finance and a master's degree in management and evaluation of investment projects from Universidad Panamericana campus Aguascalientes, where he also completed a specialization in Anthropology and Ethics. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in engineering at the same institution.

    He has completed the D1 executive development program and the ADEA program at IPADE.
    He has business experience as president of the Industrial Relations Association of Aguascalientes A.C., director of costs, strategic planning and projects in companies such as Du Pont, Nissan Mexicana, Grupo CYDSA and Parmalat Mexico.

    At Universidad Panamericana campus Aguascalientes he has held various positions such as director of Public Relations, director of the department of business linkage, director of UP Sede Norte and director of university extension. He currently serves as Dean of the School of Economics and Business Administration.

    He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from the Universidad Panamericana Aguascalientes Universidad Panamericana . He also holds a Master’s degree in Socioeconomic Evaluation of Investment Projects from the same institution and a Master’s degree in Business Economic Research from the University of Salamanca in Spain, where he is also pursuing doctoral studies with a research focus on “new trends in business management.”

    As an entrepreneur, he founded Bio Organics Desechables Biodegradables, a company committed to environmental protection. His professional career includes serving as Deputy Director of Services at the Aguascalientes Branch of the Ministry of Economy, Coordinator of the Forum of Professionals and Technicians of the Confederation of Popular Organizations of Aguascalientes, Parliamentary Advisor to the Economic Development Committee of the 61st Legislature of the Honorable State Congress of Aguascalientes, and Advisor on Socio-Economic Projects at the Secretariat of Social Development of the City of Aguascalientes, among other roles.

    Among his other achievements, Fernando received an award for the best national social project at the Second National Leadership Forum for the “El Salto” project in 2004. He received a medal as one of Mexico’s top students, awarded by CONACYT in 2002. He served as president of the Student Association at the Universidad Panamericana Aguascalientes Universidad Panamericana from 2000 to 2001 and was a founding member of the State Student Council of University Youth in 2001.
