Functional robots

The main objective of the project is the calculation, design and construction of a rigid and a flexible robot, in collaboration with the University of the Basque Country (UPV) and its research group in mechanics. Flexible robots, whose main applications are medical, assistance or manufacturing, can have a direct collaboration with human beings and work at a higher speed than the standard established for rigid robots.

The duration of the project is one year, starting in August 2022 and coinciding with the students' first semester of their major.

This initiative has proven to be a resounding success, as the students have been able to build functional robots. Miguel and Sebastian invite the university community to take an interest in the world of research and become research fellows.
