Objectives of the agreement

The specific objectives outlined by BJGS reflect its firm intention to provide free counseling and guidance to persons of limited means or in vulnerable conditions, referred by the Archdiocese through the Commission for the Protection of Minors.

In addition, the BJGS undertakes to represent, free of charge, individuals in Mexico City and surrounding areas who require legal representation, having been referred by the APM through its Commission.

Reciprocity of benefits

The reciprocity of benefits is evident, as both BJGS and APM share the mission of helping people in vulnerable and low-income states.

The signing of this agreement ensures that support is directed to those who really need it, while highlighting APM's efforts to protect minors in sensitive situations.

With an expected duration of three years, this agreement not only formalizes an existing collaboration, but also represents a long-term commitment between the two institutions.

This contributes to the social mission of BJGS and it is expected that this agreement will broaden the scope of its services by reaching out to specific communities, thus ensuring greater access to legal care for those in need.
