Zapopan, Jalisco; July 20, 2022.- The Universidad Panamericana campus Guadalajara kicks off the 2022 graduation season, and with it, celebrates the achievement of 387 students, belonging to 23 different careers.

A very important school cycle in their lives is coming to an end, the end of a university career, which represents a relevant turning point in their incipient professional trajectory.
During his speech to the graduates, Dr. José Antonio Esquivias Romero, Rector of the Campus, cited Dr. Carlos Llano as the founding rector, president of the board and, from the beginning and until a week before his death, professor of the theory of knowledge in the philosophy degree program:
"Leadership is not superimposed postitiously on the person, it comes from him, it is the expression of his deepest way of being and a transcript of his unfathomable inner world. It is not a removable attachment. Hence the need for the leader to embody substantial and solid values, and not to rely epidermally on passing theories".
That is to say, the manager who is an authentic leader does not improvise, he/she requires training, which means that it is of utmost importance to be exercised and strengthen his/her knowledge and not get carried away by instantaneous things.
The AnPanamerican University s main mission is "to educate people who seek the truth and are committed to it, promoting Christian humanism that contributes to the construction of a better world", that is why through the graduation ceremony, the importance of how only in service can be transcended professionally is emphasized, since it requires a great deal of change in society.
Finally, Dr. José Antonio Esquivias paid tribute to the families of the graduates and to all those who made it possible for the students to receive the certificate that certifies the end of their university studies. "We are also proud to be able to contribute to the education of these young people and thus fulfill the mission of our institution".
In this last stage, Panamericana congratulates its graduates, confident that they will achieve incredible things in their professional and personal lives.
