Panamericana students win Actinver Challenge

Mexico City, December 3, 2022.- Carlos Brito and Marcos Jaramillo, students of the Business School of Universidad Panamericana won the Actinver Challenge. Both, after presenting a series of tests, were awarded and recognized by this great institution.

First place went to Carlos Brito, a graduate of the Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, who was awarded 500,000 pesos, while Marcos Jaramillo, a current student of the Bachelor's Degree in Administration and Finance, received a special recognition in 25th place.

Actinver Challenge

Actinver is a financial group that has excelled in investment management for 27 years, with specialists in financial advisory and investment portfolio management in the Mexican financial market. This challenge can be taken by anyone over 18 years of age, regardless of their occupation, profession or level of knowledge of the financial market.

Knowledge that pays off

For six weeks, the investment company Actinver granted one million virtual pesos (Actipesos) to 14,500 participants to be used in a simulator of real shares listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV).

Marcos Jaramillo, a fifth semester student of Finance, stated that thanks to the knowledge acquired in the race and the support he had from all his professors, he felt very good when he took the different tests that led him to be in 25th place out of more than 14 thousand participants.
