El Departamento de Alumni de la Universidad Panamericana invita a todos sus graduados de licenciatura y posgrado a participar en la tercera campaña de actualización de datos “Alumni Update”. Estar cerca tiene sus beneficios” en la que, al actualizar sus datos de contacto podrán participar para ganar uno de los tres viajes para dos personas a Los Cabos que sortearemos bajo las siguientes…
BASES
- La campaña tendrá una duración de 30 días naturales, iniciando el 01 de noviembre y finalizando el 30 de noviembre de 2025. No obstante, el departamento de Alumni de la Universidad Panamericana se reserva el derecho de extender la fecha de cierre de la promoción.
- Participation is open to all those who are graduates of an undergraduate or graduate program with RVOE from any of the campuses of Universidad Panamericana (Aguascalientes, Guadalajara or Mexico City) and who comply with all the provisions of this call.
- In order to participate it is essential to fill out the form requested in the link in its entirety; once completed you will receive, within 48 hours, an identification number (ID) as a folio of participation and with which you can claim the prize if you win it.
- The three winners will be contacted at the telephone numbers indicated on the entry form. If they provide outdated or incorrect information, they will be automatically disqualified.
- El sorteo se llevará a cabo el jueves 11 de diciembre de 2025 fecha en la cual se contactará a los ganadores. Se publicarán los resultados a través de las redes sociales oficiales de Alumni en Facebook e Instagram.
PRIZE
- Se sortearán tres viajes a Los Cabos para dos personas. Incluye: avión viaje redondo clase turista; hospedaje por cuatro noches en un hotel 5 estrellas en paquete todo incluido.
- El departamento de Alumni de la Universidad Panamericana hará entrega de los premios a los graduados ganadores por medio de un certificado que será entregado en el campus de origen del Alumni ganador a más tardar a los 40 días hábiles a partir de la fecha del sorteo.
RESTRICTIONS
- Limited to three double trips. One double trip will be awarded per winning graduate.
- Prizes are not subject to exchange, alteration or compensation; they are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- The prizes will be delivered solely and exclusively to the winners at the Alumni offices of the campus to which they belong on a date agreed upon after notification.
- The trip will be available during the off-season only and winners must set the date they wish to travel within 30 calendar days of the date of the drawing.
- Los vuelos considerados dentro de la premiación podrán salir desde cualquier aeropuerto dentro de la República Mexicana, siempre y cuando tenga vuelo directo a Los Cabos; sin incluir el costo de traslado desde y hacia los aeropuertos, hotel o cualquier otro destino, pues estos correrán y serán responsabilidad de los ganadores.
- The prize does not include airport - hotel - airport transfer expenses or travel insurance, these will be the responsibility of the winners.
- It does not include cash for other expenses or other expenses generated by the trip.
- By participating, the graduates consent to the exclusion, disqualification or cancellation of their participation in case they do not comply with the requirements established in the rules. If it becomes evident that the winners do not comply with the requirements established in the rules or do not prove what was requested, their participation will be considered null and void and they will lose all rights to the prize awarded.
- Ante cualquier controversia o asunto no previsto en la presente convocatoria, se deberá realizar una solicitud por escrito al Comité de Desarrollo Institucional de la Universidad Panamericana, quien determinará lo conducente.
