The Alumni Department of the Universidad Panamericana invites all its undergraduate and graduate graduates to participate in the second data update campaign "Alumni Update. "Alumni UPDATE" Get to know the rules!


  • The campaign will run for twenty-one calendar days, beginning on August 15, 2022 and ending on September 4, 2022. However, the Alumni department of Universidad Panamericana reserves the right to extend the closing date of the promotion.
  • Participation is open to all those who are graduates of an undergraduate or graduate program with RVOE from any of the campuses of Universidad Panamericana (Aguascalientes, Guadalajara or Mexico City) and who comply with all the provisions of this call.
  • In order to participate it is essential to fill out the form requested in the link in its entirety; once completed you will receive, within 48 hours, an identification number (ID) as a folio of participation and with which you can claim the prize if you win it.

UPdate 2022 Alumni Form

  • The three winners will be contacted at the telephone numbers indicated on the entry form. If they provide outdated or incorrect information, they will be automatically disqualified.
  • The drawing will take place on September 13, 2022, when the winners will be contacted. The results will be published through Alumni's official social networks on Facebook and Instagram.


  • Three trips to Cancun for two people will be raffled. Includes: round trip economy class airfare; four nights lodging in a 5-star hotel in an all-inclusive package.
  • The Alumni Department of the Universidad Panamericana will deliver the prizes to the winning graduates by means of a certificate that will be delivered to the winning Alumni's home campus no later than 20 business days from the date of the drawing.


  • Limited to three double trips. One double trip will be awarded per winning graduate.
  • Prizes are not subject to exchange, alteration or compensation; they are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  • The prizes will be delivered solely and exclusively to the winners at the Alumni offices of the campus to which they belong on a date agreed upon after notification.
  • The trip will be available during the off-season only and winners must set the date they wish to travel within 30 calendar days of the date of the drawing.
  • Flights will depart from Mexico City, Aguascalientes or Guadalajara; if the winning Alumni do not reside in any of these three cities, the prize does not include transportation to these cities, these will be the responsibility of the winners.
  • The prize does not include airport - hotel - airport transfer expenses or travel insurance, these will be the responsibility of the winners.
  • It does not include cash for other expenses or other expenses generated by the trip.
  • By participating, the graduates consent to the exclusion, disqualification or cancellation of their participation in case they do not comply with the requirements established in the rules. If it becomes evident that the winners do not comply with the requirements established in the rules or do not prove what was requested, their participation will be considered null and void and they will lose all rights to the prize awarded.
  • Any controversy or matter not foreseen in this call will be resolved in good faith by the Institutional Development Department of the Universidad Panamericana campus Aguascalientes and its decision will be final.


  • The Universidad Panamericana in compliance with the Law of Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, makes available to all interested parties the Integral Privacy Notice which can be consulted at the following link:
