Mexico City, July 27, 2023.- Líderes Mexicanos magazine released its annual ranking of the 300 people considered the most influential in Mexican public life. 300 people considered the most influential in the public life of our country.. The following are some of our alumnifrom both the Universidad Panamericana and of the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresa (IPADE) (IPADE), who work daily with dedication and commitment to build a better Mexico.
José Antonio Lozano Díez
President of the governing board of UP-IPADE, the same institutions in which he served as Rector General. He is a graduate of the UP School of Law and of the D1 program at IPADE. He also holds a PhD in Law from the University of Navarra, Spain, and is a member of the National System of Researchers of CONACYT, level I.
Lourdes Castañeda
Alumni of the Industrial Engineering career of the School of Engineering in the Universidad Panamericana. Lourdes is CEO of Unilever, a consumer goods company with a global presence in which she has a track record of almost 20 years.
José Sagredo Tostado
Alumni of the Panamericana Law School 's Law School, as well as the Master's Degree in Financial Law Institutions. Master's Degree in Financial Law Institutions of the same law school. He is an attorney-partner in civil and commercial litigation at GLZ Abogados.
Carlos Labarthe Costas
Alumni of IPADE 's AD-2 program. He is CEO of Gentera; founder, executive chairman and board member of Compartamos Banco; board member of Compartamos, S.A. (Guatemala); chairman of the board of directors of Promoción Escolar S.C. and Grupo Kipling, to mention a few of his functions.
Maria Josefina (Mari Pina) Menendez Carbajal
A graduate of IPADE's Senior Management program, Mari Pina is CEO of Save the Children Mexico. She contributed to the formulation of the General Law on the Rights of Children and Adolescents. She has more than 30 years of experience in the social area, government agencies, education, social organizations and individuals.
Eduardo Osuna Osuna
Alumni of IPADE's MBA program, is vice president and general manager of BBVA Mexico, a financial group in which he has worked for almost 30 years.
Arturo Elías Ayub
He is a graduate of IPADE's Senior Management Program. He is director of strategic alliances and content for América Movil, general director of Fundación Telmex, UnoTV, Claro Sports and Marca Claro.
Joaquín Vargas Guajardo
He has a degree in Senior Management from IPADE. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of MVS Comunicaciones and CMR SAB de C.V. Previously , he was Chairman of the National Chamber of the Radio and Television Industry, Chairman of the Mexican Restaurant Association and Chairman of the Restaurant Chain Directors Association.
