Universidad Panamericana campus Guadalajara, held the prestigious event "Leader among Leaders (L20)" and the subsequent Job Fair, in an effort to connect its best candidates with leading companies in the country. This event, organized by Career Servicehas become a benchmark in the field of employability and recruitment.

The "Leader among Leaders (L20)" event aims to revolutionize the traditional recruitment process. In this edition, 22 outstanding UP candidates presented themselves to 35 of the best companies in the country through individual pitches. This innovative dynamic allowed companies to get to know the candidates in greater depth, generating genuine interest that could culminate in solid working relationships.
The day began with a welcome address by Dr. Rafael Hernández Cázares, Director of Institutional Development, who highlighted the importance of graduate employability and prestige as a key indicator of university quality. UP's commitment to offer the best education, research and resources to prepare its students for professional success was underscored. In addition, the relevance ofsoft skills and the need to showcase them in a practical way was emphasized, which led to the creation of individual pitches as part of the event.
"So, in the university we make very serious efforts in recruiting and selecting the best possible faculty, the best scientific research we can achieve, the best facilities, but we know that all these efforts are clearly subordinated to the fact that the prestige of an institution is given by the prestige of its graduates."

Direct connections with the best companies in the country
At the end of the event, the event was followed by the Job Fair, which brought together 35 of the country's most recognized companies in the Santander auditorium esplanade. The fair, which took place on the same day, allowed students and Alumni to connect directly with leading employers and explore job opportunities .
The Universidad Panamericana thanks all participants, from the talented L20 candidates to the employers, families and academics who supported this process. The event emphasized the importance of training students with entrepreneurial skills, even within large organizations, and highlighted the determination to prepare its students for success in the professional world.
