The "Leader among Leaders (L20)" event aims to revolutionize the traditional recruitment process. In this edition, 22 outstanding UP candidates presented themselves to 35 of the best companies in the country through individual pitches. This innovative dynamic allowed companies to get to know the candidates in greater depth, generating genuine interest that could culminate in solid working relationships.

The day began with a welcome address by Dr. Rafael Hernández Cázares, Director of Institutional Development, who highlighted the importance of graduate employability and prestige as a key indicator of university quality. UP's commitment to offer the best education, research and resources to prepare its students for professional success was underscored. In addition, the relevance ofsoft skills and the need to showcase them in a practical way was emphasized, which led to the creation of individual pitches as part of the event.

At the end of the event, the event was followed by the Job Fair, which brought together 35 of the country's most recognized companies in the Santander auditorium esplanade. The fair, which took place on the same day, allowed students and Alumni to connect directly with leading employers and explore job opportunities .
