Zapopan, Jalisco; November 3, 2022.- The Diocesan Commission for the Integral Formation of the Presbyterate in conjunction with the Institute of Humanities of the Universidad Panamericana Campus Guadalajara offered the program "Communication Skills and Team Management for Priests", which consists of different sessions with prestigious exponents of the University.
The objective of this seminar is for the student to be capable of self-knowledge and self-improvement regarding the competencies and skills required for interpersonal relations, both in teamwork and to provide an excellent service to the parishioners, preserving and raising the prestige of the institution at all times.
Juan Carlos Mayorga Enriquez said: "This is the third workshop that the Permanent Formation Commission for the presbytery is carrying out together with the Universidad Panamericana, always seeking to provide them with quality and timely topics for the realization, since the ministry of the parishes, in this case, are focused on the theme of communication as it is something fundamental for them".
This seminar was held from Monday, October 17 to Friday, October 21, 2022. The speakers of this event were Dr. José Antonio Lozano Díez (from the CDMX), Mtro. Roberto Mayorga, Mtro. Carlos Alberto Marentes Herrera, Dr. Rafael Santana Villegas, Mtro. Arturo Soto González, Mtra. María Lourdes Rosales Corrales, head of the Protocol Office at Panamericana. Also present were 45 priests, Bishop Ramón Salazar Estrada, responsible for the Intellectual Dimension of Ongoing Formation and Mtro. José Roberto Rojas Tapia, director of the Institute of Humanities.
"I am in a very nice experience of permanent formation that we priests should always have with the theme of excellent communication that we must have as speakers and preachers of the Word of God," said Father Ramón Gutiérrez Flores.
