From July 20 to 24, 2026, the 4th International Affairs Conference of the Universidad Panamericana, an event that brought together directors and coordinators from the international offices in Aguascalientes, Guadalajara, and Mexico City, as well as the Corporate or Intercampus office.
The meeting served as an exercise in collegiality and intercampus collaboration, during which the teams shared experiences, analyzed challenges, and participated in the design of projects for the 2026–2027 cycle (the second year of the 2025–2029 planning period). This working model made it possible to integrate the perspectives and needs of the three campuses into a common institutional vision.
Participatory Planning Based on Four Strategic Pillars
The sessions were organized around the four strategic hubs of International Affairs, each led by a different campus, whose projects permeate and contribute to the entire system:
- Student Mobility
- Faculty Mobility
- International Resume
- Strategy, Integration, and Communication
Based on these four areas, the teams reviewed ongoing projects, identified priorities, and established objectives, actions, deadlines, indicators, and monitoring mechanisms for the next cycle.
The conference’s methodology encouraged active listening, dialogue, and debate based on the experiences and perspectives of each campus.
A Shared Vision of Internationalization
The proposals developed by the teams were presented to the Board of International Affairs—composed of intercampus officials—which provided feedback to strengthen them and ensure their alignment with the institutional strategy of the Universidad Panamericana.
International Affairs: A Strategy to Strengthen the University Community
With the agreements reached, the 4th International Affairs Conference strengthens a collaborative approach that contributes to the development of a coordinated, participatory, and strategic internationalization strategy at the Universidad Panamericana.
Through collaboration among campuses, International Affairs promotes initiatives aimed at expanding international opportunities for students, faculty, and the university community, while strengthening institutional integration and building a shared vision for the future.
