Experience

Regarding the challenges she has faced along the way, the Alumni of Pedagogy and Educational Innovation, states that her main obstacle has been finding a job. "The truth is that it took me a while to find a job.I think that's the biggest challenge, that companies accept you as a foreigner, and even more so because of the student visa".

On the other hand, what excites him most about his job is that he gets up and doesn't feel like he's going to work, because he lives with people every day. "I really know the whole company. Every day Iam with them, helping them with anything, solving and getting to know them more andmore."

Ana Paula feels grateful to Universidad Panamericana, as she considers that her professors were very well trained and she learned a lot from them. Likewise, the sense of belonging, because "We were not only one more student, but they made us part of the University".

One piece of advice the Alumni gives to Pedagogy and Educational Innovation students is that "Don't just think of Pedagogy as being teachers and in the education of the child, but we also have so many fields of work today ."

Finally, on the occasion of Women's Month, Ana Paula proposes the following reflection:

"Being a woman, an educator and being inside a company is a reflection of what we are living in the last century, in which we are becoming more and more empowered, and I believe that we can do anything as long as we put our minds to it."
