ZAPOPAN, Jalisco; September 23, 2022.- Carlos Alberto Soto Delgado is an Alumni of the Universidad Panamericana Campus Guadalajara of the career of Administration and Industrial Relations (1990-1994), and is also a graduate of the Master's Degree in Human Talent Management (2010-2014) from our university. He currently serves as Municipal President of Zamora Michoacán.
UP Alumni as Municipal President
Carlos affirms that for him, Universidad Panamericana marked the course of his future, because in the year he has been the Municipal President, he has taken into account the values, experience and training he had at the Campus. Today, he has positioned himself as the mayor with the highest approval rating in the state.
In addition to his current political position, the Panamericana alumnus served as Municipal Trustee in the Zamora City Council from 2012-2015.
Outside of politics, Carlos is the owner and general manager of the restaurant Asador & Paparazzi in Zamora.
For this reason, the Universidad Panamericana Campus Guadalajara has generated linkage objectives with Carlos Alberto Soto Delgado. The first is to create a link with the government of Zamora: with the possibility of offering police or other programs. The second is to make him a strategic ally for the Academy as a possible speaker, and to provide job opportunities.
Finally, the current Municipal President of Zamora invites the students to "Don't stop thinking, because we can achieve whatever we set our minds to. Do not stop having your goals clear so that you can achieve them".
