ZAPOPAN, Jalisco; August 18, 2022.- The famous Venezuelan singer-songwriter, Danny Ocean performed at Universidad Panamericana Campus Guadalajara. The awaited concert, organized by the Promotion and Admissions area, took place yesterday at the Poliforum Panamericano.

In the middle of the Danny Ocean World 2022 Tour, the Venezuelan's presentation at the University was a success. He opened the stage with his Dembow song from the album, "54+1". He presented other of his greatest hits, such as Fuera del mercado, Volaré, Amapolas and Swing.

This event is part of the tradition of the Meet UPThis event is part of the Meet UP tradition, which for years has been welcoming the next generations that begin their university life. On this occasion, the event stood out because, due to the health contingency of the past years, this was the welcome concert for students from first to fourth semester, which was attended by approximately 2,500 people.

In social networks, the Venezuelan posted "Guadalajara, I came for this pending" in allusion to the fact that his presentation was originally scheduled for the month of May, however, it had to be rescheduled due to the fact that the artist tested positive for Covid-19.

Prior to his presentation, the artist spent time with the students and even visited one of the cafeterias. During his performance, he expressed his nostalgia as he walked through the corridors of the Panamericana, remembering his time as a student, and dedicated a few words to the audience:

 "There are two things that the University gives you; one is that pursuit of excellence (...) and two, friends..."

The students of the Universidad Panamericana enjoyed the closing of this great concert, singing in unison their biggest hit Me rehúso with the reguetón icon. The University wishes all its students a great start to the school year, encouraging them to pursue excellence and fulfill their dreams by providing a service to the community.
