Mexico City, December 14, 2022.- Juan Pablo Neira, famous magician, illusionist, renowned lecturer and specialist in corporate presentations in Latin America, was present at our university in Mexico City. universityfor an event held by Posgrados Panamericanawhere he spoke to students about magic and how it is applicable to different areas of life.

Dr. Santiago García Álvarez, rector of Universidad Panamericana campus Mexico, said: "the whole experience of a postgraduate degree is enriched, complemented and enhanced by many of the activities around it" . After this reflection, he narrated the experience involved in studying a postgraduate degree and then gave way to Neira's lecture.
The power of magic
Beginning his presentation, Neira expounded on a theory that says that to imagine you have to put on four fundamental hats or roles; the explorer's hat, who explores new challenges; the artist's hat, who draws the ideas on the canvas; the judge's hat, who judges the ideas to determine how many can move forward; and finally, the warrior's hat, who defends his ideas.
Afterwards, he talked about how important the arrival of magic in his life was and the things he discovered with it: "first, magic is a game that happens through your imagination; second, I found that we are all owners of our own magic with the right to believe in our own illusions; third, I discovered that magic is the power we have to transform".
Also about magic he added: "that fantastic word, that fantastic philosophy, that fantastic possibility of life"; he mentioned the five fundamental elements that define it: motivation, attitude, people, innovation and performance .
Regarding motivation, he said: "for me, motivation is starting your engine. After giving this definition, he explained to the audience that in order to start this engine, attitude is necessary and that what moves attitude is people: "people are the reason for being". He also indicated that we must be in constant innovation, as it is important to think and act well.
The importance of believing
The most important part of the conference, according to Neira, was to make clear to the attendees the importance of believing: "in order to create something new you have to believe: believe in yourself, in your team, believe in order to create".
Finally, he gave five tips to the audience: "the first tip is to think big; the second is to define your act and make it an experience; the third is to build trust, make your audience part of the act; the fourth is to execute by innovating, there is always a better way to do things; my last tip is to find your secret, what is your magic?".
