Basic Principles of Coaching

Through the Basic Principles of Coaching training, the aim is for students to establish authentic dialogues with their advisors, in a space of active listening where they feel supported. By offering campus Mexico mentors knowledge about the two fundamental competencies that every coach must master.

In order to facilitate the experience for the consultants, a phase of individual study called pre-work was implemented. Afterwards, the face-to-face sessions were resumed from a theoretical and practical approach in a controlled environment. Giving a personalized follow-up applied with the students in the post-work phase.

Successful training

This meeting has generated strong support among the advisors, as well as fostering the building of solid relationships between the different profiles, which continue to enrich each other.

It should be noted that this training allows students to participate in decision-making and to commit themselves to the activities to be carried out. This, thanks to the reflection process that their university stage entails, in the personal and professional sphere in the future.

The training has been a success among the advisors, as it has awakened the curiosity and interest of the staff to learn more about the subject and to train in the area.
