The Alumni Department at Universidad Panamericana all its undergraduate and graduate alumni to participate in the third “Alumni Update” campaign, titled “Staying in touch has its benefits.” By updating your contact information, you’ll be entered into a drawing for one of three trips for two to Los Cabos, which we will award according to the following…
BASES
- The campaign will run for 30 calendar days, beginning on November 1 and ending on November 30, 2025. However, the Alumni Department at Universidad Panamericana the right to extend the promotion’s end date.
- Participation is open to all those who are graduates of an undergraduate or graduate program with RVOE from any of the campuses of Universidad Panamericana (Aguascalientes, Guadalajara or Mexico City) and who comply with all the provisions of this call.
- In order to participate it is essential to fill out the form requested in the link in its entirety; once completed you will receive, within 48 hours, an identification number (ID) as a folio of participation and with which you can claim the prize if you win it.
- The three winners will be contacted at the telephone numbers indicated on the entry form. If they provide outdated or incorrect information, they will be automatically disqualified.
- The drawing will take place on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at which time the winners will be contacted. The results will be posted on Alumni’s official social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram.
PRIZE
- Three trips to Los Cabos for two people will be given away. The prize includes: round-trip economy-class airfare; four nights' accommodation at a 5-star hotel on an all-inclusive basis.
- The Alumni Department at Universidad Panamericana present the awards to the winning graduates in the form of a certificate, which will be delivered to the winning alumnus’s home campus no later than 40 business days from the date of the drawing.
RESTRICTIONS
- Limited to three double trips. One double trip will be awarded per winning graduate.
- Prizes are not subject to exchange, alteration or compensation; they are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- The prizes will be delivered solely and exclusively to the winners at the Alumni offices of the campus to which they belong on a date agreed upon after notification.
- The trip will be available during the off-season only and winners must set the date they wish to travel within 30 calendar days of the date of the drawing.
- Flights eligible for the prize may depart from any airport within Mexico, provided they offer a direct flight to Los Cabos; this does not include the cost of transportation to and from airports, hotels, or any other destination, as these expenses will be borne by and are the responsibility of the winners.
- The prize does not include airport - hotel - airport transfer expenses or travel insurance, these will be the responsibility of the winners.
- It does not include cash for other expenses or other expenses generated by the trip.
- By participating, the graduates consent to the exclusion, disqualification or cancellation of their participation in case they do not comply with the requirements established in the rules. If it becomes evident that the winners do not comply with the requirements established in the rules or do not prove what was requested, their participation will be considered null and void and they will lose all rights to the prize awarded.
- In the event of any dispute or matter not covered in this call for applications, a written request must be submitted to the Institutional Development Committee of the Universidad Panamericana, which will determine the appropriate course of action.
