The Universidad Panamericana the RoboDog Go2 Pro: advanced robotics for education

Universidad Panamericana . has set a new milestone in technology education with the launch of the RoboDog Go2 Pro, an intelligent quadruped robot that combines advanced robotics, artificial intelligence, and educational accessibility, transforming the way students learn science, engineering, and technology.

RoboDog Go2 Pro: Technological Innovation in the Classroom

This robot, equipped with a 4D LiDAR laser sensor, 360° vision, Wi-Fi 6 and 4G connectivity, and an intuitive visual programming interface, was introduced as a tool that allows students and teachers to explore robotics, artificial intelligence, and project-based learning in a hands-on, creative, and multidisciplinary way.

The RoboDog Go2 Pro is a state-of-the-art robot equipped with:

  • 4D LiDAR laser sensor and 360° vision for autonomous navigation.
  • Wi-Fi 6 and 4G connectivity.
  • An intuitive visual programming interface that allows you to program it without advanced coding knowledge.

During the presentations at the three campuses of the National Autonomous University of Mexico ( Universidad Panamericana)— in Aguascalientes, Guadalajara, and Mexico City— live demonstrations were held to showcase the robots’ capabilities: moving with agility, autonomously following people, transmitting data in real time, and performing complex tasks as programmed.

With a speed of up to 3.5 m/s and a payload capacity of 8 kg, the RoboDog Go2 Pro expands its applications beyond the classroom to include light logistics, applied research, and the development of new technologies.

Technology Education with a Vision for the Future

The launch of the RoboDog Go2 Pro reflects the Universidad Panamericana 's commitment to educational innovation, the development of scientific talent, and the promotion of multidisciplinary and hands-on learning.

This robot allows students and teachers to gain hands-on experience with artificial intelligence, robotics, and engineering, fostering creativity and the ability to solve real-world problems from an applied perspective.

With this initiative, the Universidad Panamericana reaffirms its commitment to integrating robotics and AI into academic life, inspiring new generations to create, experiment, and design real-world solutions to the challenges of today and tomorrow.
