DNA's postgraduate programs begin this February 24

Aguascalientes, Ags. February 13, 2023.- The School of Food Business Management (DNA) of our Panamerican School of Food Business ( SABM) will be held on February 13, 2023. Panamericana will start this February 24 the Master's in Food Development and Innovation and Agri-Food Business postgraduate programs at our Panamericana Campus Bonaterra.

Master's Degree in Food Development and Innovation (DNA)

The Master's Degree in Food Development and Innovation aims to provide students with the necessary tools to design projects with an impact on the food industry, focused on innovation and in accordance with the needs of the current market.

One of the advantages of the postgraduate program is the excellent preparation in the field of research where the student will acquire theoretical and practical concepts that will allow him/her to design and develop new food products based on the knowledge of innovative ingredients, as well as adequate preservation methods, in order to develop a viable prototype for scaling up in the food industry.

In addition, we are the only university in the country with a Gastronomic Business Management degree.

In the Master's Degree in Agri-Food BusinessOur students' training is focused on developing high value-added projects related to primary and secondary production. That is, they involve the entire value chain that goes from the field to the table where they apply knowledge of global and organizational trends through research, scientific and technological development that support the strengthening of the agri-food industry, according to the needs of today's market.

In each of these links, the aim is to add value. Therefore, the master will have the opportunity to meet the global demands of the agri-food industry in the agricultural, aquaculture and livestock areas.
