Context in Mexico

According to the book Women's Participation on Boards of Directorsa publication coordinated by the Centro de Investigación de Mujeres en Alta Dirección (CIMAD) of our university, there is still a gender disparity in the Boards of Directors of companies in Mexico, with only 4% of the seats occupied by women in the capital market in 2022.

This percentage reflects the need for concrete actions to promote the inclusion of women in these key decision-making bodies.

On behalf of Universidad Panamericana and IPADE Business School, we congratulate each of these leaders and hope that their success will inspire future generations to follow in their footsteps in building a more just and equitable Mexican business world.
