ZAPOPAN, Jalisco; September 27, 2022.- The employment of students is something that distinguishes Universidad Panamericana. This support is reflected in the degree of employability of recent graduates, since during the first six months after completing their bachelor's degree, 92% obtain jobs, while many of the remaining 8% do not wish to work.
Events such as the Job Fair, support the obtaining of jobs for graduates, whose 2022 edition was held in the esplanade of the Santander Auditorium. It is the largest Career Services event in terms of recruitment, since 35 companies from different fields came in search of Panamericana's talent.
On the same day, the "Leader among leaders" event was held for the second time. Twenty-seven outstanding candidates from the University (students and alumni) presented themselves to these companies, managers and undergraduate coordinators through a professional pitch. The objective of the event is to give a twist to the traditional form of recruitment, bringing the University's talent closer to the companies to establish a direct and efficient communication.
"There were 80 people from companies, 12 managers, 10 coordinators and there were family members, friends and other guests invited by the candidates. This is the second time that the Leader among Leaders event has been held in person and it has been very successful, the companies have been delighted."

During the Job Fair, the companies had a stand where they presented the company's line of business and received resumes from students and graduates, giving rise to professional relationships for the university's candidates.
The Universidad Panamericana Campus Guadalajara, along with the Career Services department, appreciates the support of all participants and is committed to continue working to provide its students with excellent academic preparation, in addition to providing these opportunities to demonstrate their skills, which will open the doors to the world of work.
