Mexico City, November 25, 2025.—In a strategic move to consolidate its leadership in training top-tier professionals, the Universidad Panamericana ’sMexico Citycampus has launched the Alumnos C-Suiteproject, a cutting-edge program designed to accelerate the development of its most outstanding students and set them on the path to top leadership roles on the global stage.
María Fernanda Haro, M.A., Deputy to the Rector and project leader, defines this initiative as a comprehensive development ecosystem: “‘‘C-Suite Students’ stems from a vision shared with our partner, the international talent placement firm WTA,”,” she says.
He adds: “This isn’t just an elite job board; it’s a holistic project that aims to accelerate placement in the world’s top companies and master’s programs, but, more importantly, to enhance students’ profiles and have a profound impact on the shaping of their life purpose and plan. The ultimate goal is for them to become active advocates and agents of change in the world.”
A Filter of Excellence
Admission to the Alumnos C-Suite program is by invitation and through a rigorous selection process that evaluates academic performance, leadership, effective communication, and social impact.
The first phase was carried out by the directors of the undergraduate programs in Business, Engineering, Economics, and Applied Mathematics, who nominated students who have demonstrated exceptional qualities: leadership, proactive participation in university initiatives, drive, effective communication, and high academic achievement.
These candidates were then evaluated in individual interviews by Carlos Lanzón, a partner at WTA, and by Ms. Haro. “This dual screening process—academic and professional—allowed us to assemble a founding group with extraordinary potential. The idea is for this group to be dynamic and to expand each year with new talent,”, explains Ms. Haro.
One of the program’s central pillars is access to a network of top-tier mentors. Students will receive personalized guidance fromC-suite members of companies—that is, presidents, CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and other senior executives—who will share their experience, knowledge, and strategic vision directly from the highest levels of the business world.
