Entrepreneurs

Our institution has distinguished itself for its openness to business and entrepreneurial issues, which is why it was chosen as the venue for this international forum for women managers and businesswomen.

This forum is based on leadership, development of technological skills and empowerment, always focused on knowledge and development, and "it is the first forum held in Aguascalientes for the world, jointly with Spain," said Sara Miranda.

"It has been a very important alliance between women from Spain, specifically from Asturias through FEDA, in the case of Aguascalientes MEMAC and my brand Sara Miranda, where the main idea is to connect, and for this we are trying to encourage women to become managers of change, because we want to be drivers of change towards better leadership, towards understanding the true meaning of empowerment," she adds.

A second and third forum are planned for 2023.

"In addition to having a beautiful campus as the Universidad PanamericanaIt seems to me that the prestige of the institution has undoubtedly led to the preparation and academic training of great businessmen and entrepreneurs in the integral part, not only in the academic part. We need institutions such as UP to be a very important component in training", concludes Sara Miranda.
