Accounting Alumni wins Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award

ZAPOPAN, Jalisco; November 29, 2022.- Pedro Alberto Ramírez Santos, a 2020 graduate of the Accounting degree program Accounting from Universidad Panamericana Campus Guadalajara, won the 15th edition of the Adolf Horn Award after being recognized as the Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the Coordinating Council of Young Entrepreneurs of Jalisco.

The Council launches the call every year to young people who have contributed to the welfare of Jalisco society through their businesses.

In this edition, Pedro Alberto won the Adolf Horn Award, as he is the founder and director of his company PARS Production, dedicated to the entertainment industry. After receiving the award, he stated that:

"It is statistically proven that the few places where people forget their economic, dating, ex-lovers and health problems is inside a concert. I'm not going to lie, it's an experience from the moment you buy the ticket until the event ends.

So far this year, the Pan American Alumni has generated an economic benefit of more than 500 million pesos for the state of Jalisco. In addition, it has directly employed more than 20 thousand people and more than 80 thousand indirectly.

Beginning of a dream

It all began when, at the age of 17 and with only 40 thousand pesos, Pedro Alberto had the dream of entrepreneurship, founding PARS Production, an entertainment event production company that organizes shows through innovation and excellence in production services.

For 8 years, Pedro has managed to bring more than 100 nationally and internationally recognized artists, including Daddy Yankee, Morat, Danny Ocean, Humbe, Manuel Turizo, Sebastián Yatra, Los Bukis, Alejandro Fernández, Julión Álvarez, Remmy Valenzuela and Pepe Aguilar.

Thanks to his work team, his effort, perseverance and dedication, in 2017 he was awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year award by the Business Development Council.

Almaes

In 2017, Alumni founded a Civil Association called Almaes, which is dedicated to fulfilling dreams of children who are in a very critical stage of health. Currently, his foundation has a presence in 17 states in Mexico.

Pedro has received a lot of support from Universidad Panamericana, from moral issues, advice from professors, his classmates, and this has led him to form a company of human quality.
