Universidad Panamericana the Entrepreneurship Ambassadors Network

Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes; March 24, 2026.— The Universidad Panamericana held the official launch of the Entrepreneurship Ambassadors Network, a key initiative within its institutional strategy that seeks to strengthen a culture of innovation and leadership among the student body.

The purpose of this ongoing program is to train agents of change with a global perspective, capable of driving high-impact projects and serving as a strategic link between students and the Pan-American Entrepreneurship HUBs—centers that coordinate institutional efforts to foster an entrepreneurial spirit on each campus.

An entrepreneurship network that connects talent across three campuses

The launch of this network marks a milestone that unites the Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Aguascalientes campuses under a shared vision: to develop leaders who inspire and transform their communities.

At the Aguascalientes campus, 17 students make up the first cohort of this network, marking a milestone in the consolidation of the entrepreneurial ecosystem at the Universidad Panamericana.

The day began with a meeting where students from various schools and officials shared the vision of this community, which is focused on channeling initiatives toward the university’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Antonio de los Reyes, M.A., president of the Universidad Panamericana Aguascalientes campus, swore in the ambassadors, who pledged to promote innovation with an ethical focus and a commitment to social impact.

During his speech, he emphasized: “The most important thing is to develop leaders who can serve as role models for others, but the main goal is to educate people who have a direct impact on society.”

Voices That Foster College Talent

Dr. Juan Alberto González Piñón, corporate director of Technology Transfer and Innovation, emphasized that this initiative aims to renew students’ perspective on entrepreneurship by integrating both innovation and positive social impact.

Along the same lines, Dr. Pedro Manuel Rodrigo Cruz, Director of Research, highlighted the Network’s role as a bridge between entrepreneurs and the Pan-American HUBs, facilitating access to resources, support, and connections that enable the creation of projects with a real impact on society.

The executive board of the Entrepreneurship Ambassadors Network at the Aguascalientes campus consists of President Brian Alexis Gómez Aguilar, a Business Administration and Marketing student; Vice President Sergio Ruvalcaba Pedroza, a Business Administration and Finance student; and Technical Secretary Yamil Antonio Melendez Morales, a Bioelectronic Engineering student.

“For me, this appointment is very meaningful, since ever since I’ve been at the university, I’ve tried to promote entrepreneurship linked to social impact. I’ve always believed that through business creation, we can make a real impact on our community—from creating jobs to helping the environment,” says Brian Gómez.

In addition, Víctor Hugo de Ávila, director of the Pan-American Entrepreneurship HUB at the Aguascalientes campus, extended an invitation to the entire university community of students and alumni to engage with this ecosystem, take advantage of its resources, and join its entrepreneurship initiatives.

Entrepreneurship as a Driver of University Transformation

At the Universidad Panamericana, entrepreneurship is a cornerstone of students’ well-rounded education, as it fosters the development of skills such as leadership, innovation, and social responsibility.

Through initiatives such as the Ambassador Network, the institution promotes the development of projects that make a positive contribution to society, thereby fostering a university community committed to transforming its environment.
