Mexico City, September 13, 2023.—During the recent Benefits Fair, the Universidad Panamericana, in collaboration with ANCORA, dedicated some of its booths to promoting preventive health care for its employees. For this reason, the CHOPO Laboratory participated in the event , offering diagnostic health screenings.
Access to health care
The Benefits Fair is an initiative designed to provide Panamericana employees with access to various services. At the event held last July, all employees were invited to undergo a complete blood chemistry panel, which would provide essential information about their health.
Blood chemistry tests were used to measure levels of glucose, urea nitrogen, urea, creatinine, uric acid, cholesterol, and triglycerides. A total of 104 employees actively participated in this health campaign, undergoing tests that would provide valuable information for their well-being.

Live Healthy
The CHOPO Laboratory processed the samples efficiently, and the staff of the Vive Sano program—which specializes in preventive medicine and diagnostics at the UP—played a crucial role in coordinating and ensuring that the results were delivered to our employees.
This program is based on three pillars: health education, early disease detection, and referrals to qualified physicians. Its goal is to promote lasting lifestyle changes among participants to improve their long-term health and quality of life, and all patient information is handled with the utmost confidentiality.
The Universidad Panamericana the CHOPO Laboratory for its active participation in this fair and Vive Sano for its ongoing support in monitoring and caring for the health of our employees.
We also encourage Panamericana staff to continue participating in these events, which significantly contribute to their well-being and promote a culture of preventive health within the university community.
