Knowing the character

Under the premise of knowing the character and personality of each student, as well as their strengths and weaknesses, Tools for University Counseling, helped advisors work together with students to help them become the best version of themselves.

This training included a face-to-face session that provided a space for participants to get to know themselves. This was done through a characterology test and a comparison activity with movie characters. With this, they were able to identify areas of opportunity and strengths, which they can implement with the students they advise.

To conclude the training, expected competencies for the future, according to studies by one of the largest consulting firms, were shown. This content provided them with a guideline to guide the students and generate a competency development path with them.

Such competencies, working together SMART CenterThe students are able to develop them with positive results, so that they become highly qualified graduates, a reference in the working world.

So far, Advisory has trained around 50 mentors and has a medium-term goal of training as many mentors as possible at the Mexico City campus.
