Formed by a group of 13 Ibero-American universities, with a mainly humanistic approach, the objective of the UEL-University Employment Lab is to train professionals who have a positive impact on the transformation of society.

The objective of this association is to create strategic alliances to be the meeting point between each person who is part of our university community and who seeks to take the big step of climbing to professional areas within the working world.

"We want to be the first reference in employability through our laboratory of professional development programs, preparing students in training and professionals so that they can overcome challenges with the certainty of getting a job, training them in soft and human skills," explains Ana Cecilia Gonzalez, Career Services Coordinator.
