ZAPOPAN, Jalisco; June 28, 2024.- The Universidad Panamericana Campus Guadalajara hosted an enriching talk entitled "The Art of Eating Flowers", given by EduHuertos.
The main objective of this activity, aimed at the entire university community, was to promote ecological and sustainable practices that contribute to the care of the environment and our common home.
During the talk, attendees explored various aspects of edible flowers, including their history, varieties, and nutritional benefits. The session culminated with a tasting, allowing participants to experience first-hand the flavor and texture of these flowers.
With this initiative, our university reinforces its commitment to environmental education, promoting the learning of innovative culinary alternatives that respect and value biodiversity.
