Zapopan, Jalisco; October 16, 2023.- In an act that reflects its firm commitment to ethical and social commitment to ethical and social responsibilityresponsibility, the Universidad Panamericana Campus Guadalajara was recognized for the second consecutive time at the Accreditation in Institutionalism and Transparency (AIT) awards ceremony by the Mexican Center for Philanthropy (Cemefi).
What is Accreditation in Institutionalism and Transparency?
Accreditation in Institutionalism and Transparency (AIT) is a reference system that provides an objective evaluation of the level of institutional development of organizations. This process analyzes institutional mechanisms related to transparency and accountability, contributing to economic, social and institutional growth.
Levels of accreditation:
AIT has three levels of accreditation: basic, medium and optimal. These levels are determined according to compliance with indicators that evaluate the level of formality and the institutional instruments used to guarantee transparency in the organization's activities.
During the awards ceremony, a total of 292 organizations from 26 states were recognized at the optimal level. Of these, 33 organizations are from the state of Jalisco, highlighting the contribution and commitment of the Universidad Panamericana Campus Guadalajara to institutional transparency.
Recognition of the Optimum Level:
The Universidad Panamericana Campus Guadalajara reached the optimal level of accreditation thanks to the fulfillment of the evaluated indicators. Organizations accredited at this level have access to the portfolio of social investment projects of the Mexican Center for Philanthropy (CEMEFI) and become a fundamental part of a reference platform for linking with foundations, donors and companies committed to social responsibility.
