"Having the possibility of having a double degree is like a passport that can open doors to work in other countries in transnational companies, to develop soft skills, to be able to work in other cultures, in addition to having a broader vision of how they want to project their own business," says Mercedes Urzúa, dean of the School of Engineering.

It is worth mentioning that the School of Engineering also has some double degree agreements for postgraduate studies, such as the Master of Science with the University of Teikyo in Japan and the Master in Circular Economy with the Institute for Applied Material Flow Management (IfaS) in Germany.

"We hope that this experience will also be attractive for Spanish students; receiving foreign students and having them work with our students at our University also allows us to create another type of synergy. We are very happy with this collaboration, as this also indicates the great work that is behind it thanks to the support of Dr. Gabriela Durán and Rector Antonio de los Reyes," adds the dean.
