Dr. Fernanda Llergo Bay, President of Universidad Panamericana and IPADE, was once again recognized among Mexico’s 300 Most Influential Leaders of 2026, a distinction awarded by the magazine *Líderes Mexicanos*, which each year highlights the figures with the greatest impact on the country’s public, business, educational, scientific, and social life.
This recognition reaffirms his leadership at the helm of the Universidad Panamericana , and IPADE—institutions that, under his leadership, have strengthened their national and international presence by promoting an education focused on academic excellence, innovation, research, and a humanistic education.

Since assuming the position of President of the National Institute of Higher Education ( Universidad Panamericana ) and IPADE, Dr. Fernanda Llergo has promoted an institutional strategy aimed at strengthening academic excellence, research, innovation, internationalization, and a humanistic education, thereby consolidating a person-centered educational model committed to transforming society.
