A "Starry Night" to remember

The Art and Culture Department of the Universidad Panamericana Campus Guadalajara closes the school year with a special evening under a starry sky.

Zapopan, Jalisco; July 11, 2023.- Last Friday, May 19, at 7:00 p.m., in the garden of Poliforum Panamericano, the toast of the first semester 2023 took place. The event was led by the students of the Art and Culture department, who attended in the company of their parents and family members with bright attire alluding to the theme of "starry night".

Celebration of achievements

Around 300 guests gathered to celebrate the achievements of the first half of 2023 and to feel the gratification of belonging to a team that remains united, always willing and committed to help, support and put their knowledge and resources for the benefit of others. Experiences that make them unique!

Recognition and legacy

In the company of Dr. Rocio Ruiz, Director of University Life, as well as Dr. Ignacio Acosta, Director of Art and Culture, the awards ceremony was held for the students who finished their studies. During the event, a mural and a blank book were unveiled, which was intervened throughout the night with signatures and messages from students and Art and Culture alumni , leaving a legacy that will be seen by the following generations. In addition, the students of the UP Instruments group were responsible for enlivening the evening with live music.
