Aguascalientes, Ags., February 21, 2025.— The Universidad Panamericana AguascalientesUniversidad Panamericana is reinforcing its commitment to innovation and entrepreneurship by revitalizing its incubator through the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and its SPARK UP program. This space is designed to support students, alumni , and entrepreneurs in creating and establishing businesses that have a social and economic impact on the region.
A growing entrepreneurial ecosystem
The Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Universidad Panamericana an entrepreneurial spirit across its three campuses. This effort involves the implementation of incubation and acceleration programs for startups, in partnership with key players in the ecosystem, such as government institutions, civil society organizations, and the private sector.
At the Aguascalientes campus, the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation offers services ranging from pre-incubation to fundraising, providing entrepreneurs with the tools they need to turn their business ideas into reality.

Center Services and Programs
The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center at the Aguascalientes campus offers a variety of programs designed to support entrepreneurial projects. Among its main services are:
- Personalized consulting and mentoring.
- Project incubation program through the SPARK UP call for proposals.
- Calls for proposals launched by the university's partners, such as awards and investment opportunities to raise capital.
- Accelerator programs for entrepreneurs or companies in the scaling phase.

“Leading the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation carries a great deal of responsibility. When students present an idea, they come with the expectation of fulfilling their dreams. Our commitment is to guide them with transparency and provide them with the best tools to make those dreams a reality,”, says Víctor de Ávila, M.A., the center’s manager and a professor at the Universidad Panamericana.
While the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation is designed to support the university community, it is also open to the general public seeking to develop an innovative project.
