Mexico City, November 24, 2022.- High Potential Development Center (HIPODEC) of the Universidad Panamericana, celebrated the graduation of 20 new leaders from the fourth generation of the Diploma in Development of Successful and Sustainable Security Companies, bringing the total number of graduates from the program created by Agrupaciones de Seguridad Unidas por un Mexico Estable (ASUME) in alliance with our university.
The event was attended by Roberto Carlos Álvarez López, director of HIPODEC, Gibrán Ocaña, Key Account Manager of HIPODEC, Armando Zuñiga Salinas, president of ASUME and Herschel Schultz, general director of ASUME.
Also present at the presidium were guests such as Mr. Héctor Larios Santillán, former president of the CCE and COPARMEX NACIONAL, member of the CCE security commission and of the BETA board, and Congresswoman Juanita Guerra Mena, president of the Public Security Commission of the Sixty-fifth Legislature of the Honorable Congress of the Union.
About the diploma
The Diploma in Development of Successful and Sustainable Security Companies was designed with the purpose of training leaders who are committed to the professionalization and integral development of the private security industry, in order to guarantee the confidence of the users of such services.
In this way, we seek to promote the competitiveness of private security companies through a process of continuous personal and organizational improvement.
The sessions are taught by experts from Universidad Panamericana, who, thanks to their experience in business and academia, expose students to highly relevant topics to generate valuable learning that they can transfer to their daily activities, such as:
- Formulation and innovation in the business model.
- Sound financial structure.
- Market and its relationship with customers.
- Sustainability of the company.
- Organizational effectiveness and management and its processes.
ASUME is the most important private security organization and its purpose is to strengthen the industry and professionalize all actors through better and deeper training, in order to renew the general perception of private security in Mexico.
