Mexico City, July 26, 2022. Universidad Panamericana is positioned as the second best private university in Mexico by the Times Higher Education (THE) ranking, which evaluates more than 1,200 institutions in 86 countries. It is also ranked number 6 nationally and number 88 in Latin America, its third participation in this ranking.
THE is considered one of the most prestigious rankings worldwide, having been first published in 2004.
At the Latin American level, the Pan-American rose 4 places with respect to the previous year and at the national level it rose 4 places.
The THE ranking evaluated universities on the following indicators:Overall,Citations,Industry Income,International Outlook,Research andTeaching.
These were the values that gave Panamericana the distinction: in the General indicator, it received a score of 42.7; in Citations it had a score of 27.8; in Industry Entry it obtained a score of 35.1; in the International Perspective it stood out after receiving a score of 56.2; same case with Teaching, where Panamericana obtained a score of 55.1; finally in the Research area it had a score of 35.9.
