"The consultant does not solve, but accompanies. He does not diagnose, but he detects. It does not replace the expert, but brings the learner closer to the help he needs."explains SMART Center. Among the issues addressed are anxiety, depression, academic pressure, substance abuse and other challenges faced by young people.

In addition, SMART Center has established referral pathways and interdepartmental networks to ensure that students receive appropriate care.

Commitment to the student

Both trainings reflect Universidad Panamericana 's mission to form leaders with a human sense. Advisors not only fulfill an academic function, but also become key allies for the integral development of students. "When an advisor is trained to see the other in all its complexity, he or she is building much more than an institutional role: he or she is sowing hope"The Smart Center's message underscores this.

Universidad Panamericana invites all advisors to join these initiatives, emphasizing that their work not only transforms the lives of students, but also enriches their own professional and personal experience.
