Zapopan, Jalisco; August 16, 2024.—With the aim of continuing to promote student development through community service, the Annual Meeting of Institutions was held at the Panamericana Guadalajara campus.

Target
The main goal of this event was to recognize and thank the institutions that have partnered with us in fostering agents of change. During the event, awards were presented to the institutions that enrolled students, and new organizations joining the program were welcomed.
The event was attended by 44 representatives from 35 partner institutions, who expressed their gratitude for the recognition and the value added during the event.

Team Introduction
At this event, the UP’s Social Commitment team was formally introduced , with MBA graduate Miriam Peñuñur being named the new Director of University Life; she delivered a few words of welcome and gratitude to the institutions in attendance. During her remarks, she emphasized the importance of institutional support in shaping students who are committed to society.

Value Training
As part of Panamericana’s commitment to providing value to its partners, a training session was offered for representatives of partner institutions. Dr. Laura Rochín, a renowned expert in corporate social responsibility, ethics, and human development, led the workshop titled “Collaborative Projects Through Partnerships.” During the workshop, participants were provided with key tools to strengthen partnerships between institutions and develop projects with a high social impact.

Through these events, Panamericana continues to promote initiatives that foster a sense of social responsibility among its students, shaping committed citizens and agents of change who contribute to building a more just and equitable future.
