    Irery Melchor-Durán holds a Ph.D. in Administrative Sciences, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes. During her doctoral studies, she completed a research fellowship at HEC Montreal in Canada and at the Universidad del Rosario in Colombia. Since 2022, she has been working at the Universidad Panamericana Aguascalientes (Mexico), where she is a research professor and head of the entrepreneurship program. She is also a member of the National System of Researchers, Level C (through the National Council of Science and Technology of Mexico). She has experience as a junior consultant in market research, franchising, and brand valuation. She has published articles in scientific journals.

    Research Areas: entrepreneurship among college students, the intersection of social issues and entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship and religion, and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

    D. in Administrative Sciences obtaining the degree with SUMMA CUM LAUDE, Master in Administration with emphasis in Organizational Management with Honorable Mention and Bachelor in Marketing.

    Currently, he is developing a Post-doctorate in Circular Economy, Sustainable Marketing and Eco-innovation at the Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas (CIDE) Central Region.

    With years of teaching experience, Aura has been a professor at the undergraduate and graduate levels. She is a member of the National System of Researchers at Candidate level and has published several book chapters and articles in indexed journals.

    Currently, she is the Head of the Business, Law, IT and Softskills Academy at the School of Economics and Business at Universidad Panamericana, Campus Aguascalientes.

  • Yurixhi Gallardo Martinez

    Yurixhi Gallardo Martinez

    Yurixhi Gallardo Martínez is a professor and researcher at the Institute of Humanities at the Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara campus. She is a member of the National System of Researchers (Level I).

    She holds a Doctor of Law degree from the Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara campus, which allowed her to earn a Master’s degree in Humanities and Social Sciences from the Universidad Abat Oliba CEU in Barcelona, Spain; she also holds a Master’s degree in the History of Thought from the Universidad Panamericana, Mexico City campus. In addition, she has participated in various educational programs, including those organized by the Institute of Autonomous Studies of the Government of Catalonia and the College of Jalisco, as well as those offered by The Phoenix Institute: Issues in Political Philosophy at Abat Oliba CEU University in Barcelona, Spain; the Summer Program for the Study of Western Institutions at the University of Notre Dame; and Modernity, Relativism, and Cultural Revival at Exeter College, Oxford.

    Co-author of *Keys to Understanding Compliance in Mexico* (Tirant lo Blanch, 2024). Editor of *Practical Cases in Ethics for Legal Professionals in Mexico* (Tirant lo Blanch, 2020) and *Mexico and Its Legal System*, published by the American Bar Association, Section of International Law, and Carolina Academic Press (2018). Member of the Board of Directors of the Mexican Bar Association, Jalisco Chapter, A.C. She is a member of the International Association of Legal Ethics. She serves as an academic peer reviewer for the Council for the Accreditation of Legal Education, A.C. (CONAED), where she has evaluated educational institutions in Mexico and Peru.

    Her research focuses on legal ethics, compliance, and the teaching of professional ethics—topics she discusses at national and international academic conferences and in various publications. She has participated in international research groups, including one led by Neil W. Hamilton at the Holloran Center for Ethical Leadership in the Professions. She is a guest columnist for the newspapers El Informador and Mural. On the radio, she has served as a commentator on the news program Así las Cosas on W Radio Guadalajara.

    Susana Ochoa Torres

    Susana A. Ochoa Torres holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance, a Master’s degree in Education, a Master’s degree in Philosophy, and a Ph.D. in Economic Development, with her dissertation focusing on the inclusion of women in the workforce. She is currently a professor classified as a researcher, Head of the Academy of Social Philosophy and the Division of Family Studies in the Department of Humanities at the Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara campus, Jalisco, Mexico. She is a certified consultant in Social Responsibility by the Mexican Center for Philanthropy (CEMEFI) and an international auditor for the SA 8000 Social Responsibility standard. She is a tenured professor of ethics and social and political philosophy, as well as Social Responsibility, at various higher education institutions across the country. In 2017, she won first place internationally at Harvard University’s Institute of Microeconomics for Competitiveness with Professor Michael Porter for a project on a higher education cluster in Russia.

    She is a passionate advocate for person-centered feminism and serves as coordinator, member, and founder of the Interdisciplinary Group for Feminist Studies (GIEF). She is Chair of the Equity Committee at Levy Holding.

    He has published scientific papers at various conferences and in the Q1 journal Heliyon.

    She has published three books: *Social Leadership*, *Adolescence: A Guide from Parents to Parents*, and *A New Perspective on Social Commitment*; the first two are practically out of print.
    She has been married for 32 years and is the mother of two daughters.

    Profesora Investigadora del Instituto de Humanidades Campus Guadalajara, donde imparte las asignaturas de Antropología y Ética en licenciatura y posgrados. Dra. en Humanidades por la Universidad Internacional de Cataluña (España), con la tesis sobre “El papel del deseo en la filosofía moral de Alasdair MacIntyre”. Experta en la relación entre deseos, realización humana y formación del carácter. Otras de sus áreas de interés e investigación, vinculadas estrechamente con lo anterior, versan sobre la ética antropológica, la teoría de la acción, las virtudes y el razonamiento práctico.

    Dr. Rómulo Ramírez Daza y García is a Philosopher and Member of the National System of Researchers, Level I. He is a Professor Categorized UP Level A. Professor Categorized UP Level A. Degree in Philosophy from the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla. Master in Philosophy from the University of Guadalajara and Doctor in Philosophy from the University of Guanajuato, Mexico. Author of 40 scientific publications including articles, book chapters on various topics of ancient Greek philosophy, 2 self-authored books, and 1 co-authored book.

    Since 2007 he is Professor-Researcher at the Institute of Humanities of the Universidad Panamericana Campus Guadalajara. Member of the International Society of Greek Philosophy, Spain and Portugal. Collaborator of the Academic Body: Logic, Rhetoric and Theory of Argumentation of the University of Guadalajara. Member of the Mexican Academy of Rhetoric of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, the Iberoamerican Organization of Rhetoric and the Latin American Association of Ancient Philosophy. Member of the Philosophical Association of Mexico and the Mexican Association of Classical Studies. Current Research Secretary of the Institute of Humanities of the Universidad Panamericana, Campus Guadalajara. His specialized line of research is Ancient Philosophy and Argumentation, especially in Plato, Aristotle, antecedent traditions and reception of these two thinkers in posterity.

    Rafael E. Piña Valdez

    Professor of theology at UP since August 2015, he has been engaged in teaching and biblical-theological dissemination activities since 2006. He was producer and host of an international Catholic television channel and frequently collaborates in different media such as radio, podcast and social networks. His teaching scope covers a wide spectrum, from small groups in church settings and institutes, the university classroom and academic conferences, or participation in large forums for the general public. His professional studies include Industrial and Systems Engineering (Tec de Monterrey), Specialization in Anthropology and Ethics (UP) and Master in Theology (Aquinas Institute of Theology).

    From Monterrey NL. D. in Biblical Theology from the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross in Rome. He studied Journalism and Media at the Tec de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey with a major in audiovisual production. With several years of experience in the field of journalism, he is now dedicated to priestly ministry and teaching. He is a chaplain and professor of Theological Anthropology and other subjects at Universidad Panamericana.

  • Pablo Sahagun Kunhardt

    Pablo Sahagun Kunhardt

    Pablo Sahagún Kunhardt, is a professor at the Institute of Humanities of the Universidad Panamericana in Guadalajara (Mexico). He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from RWTH University, Aachen, Germany. He studied theology at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross in Rome and philosophy at the University of Navarra in Pamplona. He is currently a doctoral candidate in philosophy at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross. For his doctorate he is researching two authors: Michael Tomasello, an American developmental psychologist and Leonardo Polo, a Spanish philosopher.
