Jorge Enrique holds a degree in industrial engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Madero, a specialist in finance and a master's degree in management and evaluation of investment projects from Universidad Panamericana campus Aguascalientes, where he also completed a specialization in Anthropology and Ethics. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in engineering at the same institution.

He has completed the D1 executive development program and the ADEA program at IPADE.
He has business experience as president of the Industrial Relations Association of Aguascalientes A.C., director of costs, strategic planning and projects in companies such as Du Pont, Nissan Mexicana, Grupo CYDSA and Parmalat Mexico.

At Universidad Panamericana campus Aguascalientes he has held various positions such as director of Public Relations, director of the department of business linkage, director of UP Sede Norte and director of university extension. He currently serves as Dean of the School of Economics and Business Administration.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from the Universidad Panamericana Aguascalientes Universidad Panamericana . He also holds a Master’s degree in Socioeconomic Evaluation of Investment Projects from the same institution and a Master’s degree in Business Economic Research from the University of Salamanca in Spain, where he is also pursuing doctoral studies with a research focus on “new trends in business management.”

As an entrepreneur, he founded Bio Organics Desechables Biodegradables, a company committed to environmental protection. His professional career includes serving as Deputy Director of Services at the Aguascalientes Branch of the Ministry of Economy, Coordinator of the Forum of Professionals and Technicians of the Confederation of Popular Organizations of Aguascalientes, Parliamentary Advisor to the Economic Development Committee of the 61st Legislature of the Honorable State Congress of Aguascalientes, and Advisor on Socio-Economic Projects at the Secretariat of Social Development of the City of Aguascalientes, among other roles.

Among his other achievements, Fernando received an award for the best national social project at the Second National Leadership Forum for the “El Salto” project in 2004. He received a medal as one of Mexico’s top students, awarded by CONACYT in 2002. He served as president of the Student Association at the Universidad Panamericana Aguascalientes Universidad Panamericana from 2000 to 2001 and was a founding member of the State Student Council of University Youth in 2001.

Braulio Martínez Ruiz has a Bachelor's Degree in Administration and Marketing, Specialist in International Marketing, Specialist in Anthropology and Ethics, with a Master's Degree in Project Evaluation and Administration from Universidad Panamericana.

She has a diploma in Digital Marketing from the Austral University of Argentina and in Team Building from HIPODEC UP MX, a certificate in Coach for Peak Performance from the Disney Institute, Ontological Leadership programs from Darmouth University in the USA and Case Study (Case Method) from Harvard Business School.

In the labor field he has been Key Account Manager at IQ Estrategias Comerciales, Sales Manager at Quiqui Mundo, Owner of the Jewelry Store "Dimoxi Plata"; also at UP he has held the positions of Coordinator of Graduate Studies, Director of the Administration and International Business Career, Head of Budgets and Manager of Financial Planning of the campus and General Coordinator of University Extension (Continuing Education).

He is currently the Director of the Administration and Marketing degree program at Universidad Panamericana campus Aguascalientes.

Aldo Eugenio holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Trade from the American Technological University, with coursework completed at the University of Turin, Italy, and a specialization in Advertising and Promotional Techniques from the latter institution. He also has a specialization in Philosophical Anthropology and a master’s degree in Educational Institution Management from the Universidad Panamericana Aguascalientes Universidad Panamericana .

Throughout his professional career, he has served as manager of the central business unit at Frigorizados La Huerta, director of academic affairs and internationalization at the Technological University of Aguascalientes, private secretary to the Secretary of Finance of the State of Aguascalientes, director of political and public policy analysis at the General Cabinet Coordination Office of the same state, as well as Director General of Monitoring and Follow-up for Strategic Programs within that office.

At the Universidad Panamericana held various positions, including program director for the bachelor’s degree programs in Administration and Management and Family Business Administration and Management, as well as director of DBL and special projects, a role he continues to hold today.

Viviana Rangel Salceda, M.D.

Graduated with honors with a degree in Administration and Finance from Universidad Panamericana, she has a specialization in Finance and a specialization in Philosophical Anthropology from the same institution.

Master in Evaluation and Project Management graduated with honors from the Universidad Panamericana has held various positions in this institution as Administrative Secretary, Head of the Administration and Finance and Accounting Career. She is currently in charge of the Finance, Economics and Accounting Academies.

He has taken several courses and diplomas related to Corporate Finance, Stock Markets and International Financial Markets.

As a professor, she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses, among which are: Global Financial System, Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, Financial Evaluation of Investment Projects.

Paulina Talamantes holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing and a Master's degree in Communication and Marketing with a major in Anthropology and Ethics, all of the above degrees obtained from Universidad Panamericana Campus Aguascalientes. She completed an excellence program in Fintech and Big Data at the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles in Madrid, Spain.

She has more than 8 years of teaching experience in the Marketing Academy at the School of Economics and Business Administration. She has also worked as undergraduate promoter, Business Graduate Administration, Director of the Marketing and Administration degree, Academic Coordinator and Head of the Marketing Academy.

She is currently Academic Vice-Dean of the School of Economics and Business Administration at Universidad Panamericana campus Aguascalientes.

She holds a degree in Economics from the Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes.
She worked at Banco Nacional de México as an account executive and was in the academic direction of the Colegio Latinoamericano de Educación Avanzada.
She was Academic Coordinator of Graduate Studies and currently holds the position of Head of Graduate Studies Academy in the School of Business Administration at Universidad Panamericana.
As a professor she has taught Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, History of Economic Thought and Introduction to Economics.

Claudia has a Master's degree in Higher Education, a specialist in Philosophical Anthropology and Ethics and a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy from Universidad Panamericana campus Aguascalientes.

In addition to extensive teaching experience at the undergraduate level, she specializes in teacher training, education and evaluation. She is a workshop leader, lecturer and instructional designer at the higher education level.

Within the Universidad Panamericana she has held various positions as head of academies both in the School of Pedagogy and in the School of Economics and Business, where she currently serves as Academic Coordinator.

Jennifer Guadalupe García Martínez

Jennifer García is a graduate of Universidad Panamericana campus Aguascalientes with a degree in Management and International Business. She worked at It- Seekers (Sourcing and technology) as an auditor, where she obtained a certification in CMM for Services + SSD Level 3, in November 2016.

He completed a certification in CAPM (Project manager) for the implementation of strategies at Universidad Panamericana. In 2019 he took a Diploma in Management, innovation and new businesses, at CUOA Business School in the country of Italy.

Currently, she is working at the School of Economics and Business Administration as Director of the International Business Degree.

Dr. Norma Julieta Jiménez Cruz

She holds a PhD in Social Sciences and Humanities from the Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes (UAA). Her line of research is: institutions, processes and actors in higher education. She studied a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Pedagogy at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). He completed a specialization in Ethics and Anthropology at Universidad Panamericana, Bonaterra campus.
She has more than 30 years of teaching experience at the higher education level, both at UNAM and Universidad Panamericana at the undergraduate, master's and doctoral levels. His areas of teaching expertise are educational planning, methodology and research seminars and thesis, educational evaluation, educational legislation, curriculum design, educational policies and pedagogical theory.

She is an expert in evaluation and accreditation in higher education, both institutional and program evaluation. She is an evaluator for national and international organizations such as FIMPES, CACECA, CEPPE, CIEES and SINAES.

Since March 2018, she has served as Research Secretary and full-time professor-researcher at the School of Business and Economics. From January 2016 to March 2018, she was Academic Secretary of the same School. She also held various positions in the same UP campus Mexico and Aguascalientes.

His research interests are: institutions, processes and actors in higher education, evaluation and accreditation, and learning outcomes.
